By accessing and using the Fondation Fr Luckson Zon Pa Fe Moun Inc. (ZPFM) website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.

ZPFM is a charitable organization dedicated to helping street children in Haiti. Our website provides information about our mission, projects, and allows visitors to: • Make one-time or recurring donations • Sponsor a child through a monthly or annual subscription • Sign up as a volunteer • Join the ZPFM Family • Subscribe to our newsletter • Contact our team

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties. It is prohibited to: • Use the site for any illegal activity • Attempt unauthorized access to computer systems • Transmit viruses or any malicious code • Collect personal information from other users • Disrupt the normal operation of the site • Use children's photos for unauthorized purposes

All donations made through our site are processed securely by Stripe, our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. Donations can be one-time or recurring (monthly, quarterly, annual). Donations are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and at ZPFM's discretion. A donation receipt is sent by email after each transaction.

Sponsoring a child involves a recurring financial commitment (monthly or annual) to support a specific child in our program. As a sponsor: • You must create a sponsor account on our site • Your account must be activated via email before you can sponsor • You commit to making payments at the chosen frequency • ZPFM reserves the right to reassign a child if circumstances require • Information about the sponsored child (name, photo, location) is provided for informational purposes • You can access your sponsor dashboard to track your sponsorship • You can cancel your sponsorship at any time by contacting us

Creating a sponsor account is subject to the following conditions: • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (first name, last name, email) • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password • Your account is personal and cannot be shared • ZPFM may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms • An activation email is sent upon registration; the account remains inactive until activated • If you forget your password, a reset link is sent by email (valid for 1 hour)

The ZPFM Family program allows supporters to join our community. Membership requires providing certain personal information (name, email, phone, address). ZPFM Family members may receive communications about the foundation's activities and events.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive email communications about our activities, events, and campaigns. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or via the unsubscribe page on our site.

Volunteer applications submitted through our site are reviewed by our team. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. ZPFM reserves the right to select volunteers based on needs and required skills.

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, videos, photos of children and activities) is the property of ZPFM or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited, especially photos of children.

ZPFM strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its site. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of this information.
